Bramblestar: Nothing! *muttering to himself: "It's that famous cat. I'd better not put a paw wrong."* Sorry, Blaze!

Blaze: Whoa! Everyone knows my name 'round here!

Bramblestar: Of course! You're that famous cat from that famous site!

Blaze: I knew that already. Mind if I ask some questions?

Bramblestar's path to deputyship as he told us:

There isn't much to tell. Since I was a kit, everyone saw in me Tigerstar's shadow. So I decided to show them that I'm not. As Firestar's apprentice, as a ThunderClan warrior, as a journeying cat, as a bossy deputy (okay, that's what everyone said!!!), I tried to forget everything about my father. The night visits didn't help, though! Until Hawkfrost joined the Dark Forest, I wasn't truly free. I proved myself worthy to be deputy, so I were the obvious choice for Graystripe's replacement. Yeah, that's everything!

Blaze: Wha...? That's all?!

Bramblestar: Yes, I have to sort the patrols! Bye!

Blaze: That was quick! I hope everything's all right. If that's what it's like to be a leader, I wouldn't dream of being one!

Flame: Yeah, you're too lazy!

Bramblestar: *hunting* I did it! I didn't say anything embrarassing! I did it! I DID IT!
